Lean Projects have a team of engineering and building design experts with particular experience in food processing and the red meat industry. We provide over 30 years of collective experience across many Australian abattoirs. All Building, Process, Infrastructure and Services design is prepared internally with minimal reliance on outsourcing to other consultants.  

 

Abattoirs, coldstores  and food process industries require design and industrial considerations that are specific and unique to the industry. Lean uses its database of proven solutions to ensure the best outcomes for our clients and continually strive for improvements where prevailing technologies offer new opportunities and solutions..

 

Recent Projects

 

Our Latest Projects, include the 2016-2017 expansion of Australian Lambs Export Abattoir Colac to become the largest australian lamb producer with a capacity more than 2.0 million sheep per annum .  The upgrade included a higher capacity  Lairage ,Slaughter floor, reduced cycle spray chillers, carcass freezing facilities and a further processing / Boning room extension. We have also recently prepared the planning and building permit applications documentation for the 2016-17 expansion of the Ryan Meats Export Abattoir Nathalia.
