Project Management

Lean Project will discuss and recommend the most appropriate option to run a project. This depends on the size, timing  and funds availability. Most projects in the meat processing industry involve incremental upgrade projects, in contrast to larger Greenfield or Brownfield projects.  They require harmonization with continuing production and are better managed by the owner with the assistance of Lean. There are significant cost advantages for an owner to be the builder, being the builders profit margin and risk premium.  There are also cost allocations that can be made to maintenance budgets with tax advantages.

Lean Projects provide the following services  as required,

5.Supervision of works , including coordination of “out of hour” activities
